• Elephant Day Care package does not include lunch. (No elephant riding) divided into 2 rounds: 07.30 - 12.45 hrs. and 13.00 - 18.00 hrs. Receive elephant care training throughout the day.

• You can cancel in advance at least 7 days before the travel date according to the processing period: 100% refund will be given.
• Reservation can be canceled at least 4 to 6 days before the travel date according to processing time: 50% refund will be received.
• If canceled in advance at least 3 days before the travel date according to the processing period or do not show up at the service point: will not receive a refund in any case.
• Please show evidence supporting the cancellation and notify the staff in writing within 15 days after the date of service.

• Once the Patara Elephant Farm tour package has been booked. You will receive a voucher via E-mail, Line ID, WhatsApp, or Messenger, which can be shown at the reception and registration counter. The voucher must be submitted along with the ID card or passport with a picture of the cardholder's face.
