• Once tickets for The Planet Cruise's Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise have been completed. You will receive a voucher via E-mail, Line ID, WhatsApp, and Messenger which can be presented at the reception and registration counter. The voucher must be presented with an ID card or a passport with a photo of the cardholder's face.

• By BTS: Take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin Station. Then use the free shuttle boat service. Come down to the Asiatique Shopping Center, The Riverfront. There will be a (free) boat service every 15 minutes, with the last service at 23.00 hrs.
