• If you cancel at least 7 days before the service date: You will receive a 100% refund.
• If you cancel 4 to 6 days before the service date: You will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel 1 to 3 days before the service date: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

• By Private Car: Park directly at the ICONSIAM parking lot. You will get 2 hours of free parking, plus an additional 2 hours free (4 hours total) simply by stamping your parking ticket with your cruise boarding pass.
• By Taxi or Ride-Hailing: Simply pin your drop-off location to "ICONSIAM" for a direct and comfortable ride.
• By Public Bus: Catch bus routes 3, 6, 84, 84 (Air-Conditioned), 88, 89, 105, 111, 120, 149, 167, or 177. (Note: For routes 3, 105, and 120, passengers must drop off and pick up at the bus stop located on the opposite side of ICONSIAM).
