Get close to nature and Thailand's national animals at “New Elephant Home”, formerly known as “Chokchai Elephant Park”. This place was built in 2003 by Chokchai Srisiriwilai (New), an entrepreneur from the Muser ethnic minority. New Elephant Home was started from just 1 rai (approximately 0.4 acres) and has 5 elephants traveling to the present. There are 16 elephants in total.
New Elephant Home is in a quiet and shady atmosphere of nature. This makes it the perfect retreat for elephants and people alike. It has a large area that promotes environmentally friendly tourism. Additionally, the care and management of the New Elephant Home team are guided by principles that emphasize the protection of human rights and the environment.

- Free pick-up and delivery service For the "Half-Day Adventure Program" package, which will provide pick-up and drop-off services in the Chiang Mai Old City area. For transfers outside of this area Please contact the staff.
- A minimum of 4 people is required for roundtrip travel, and pick-up times vary depending on location. Please note that additional fees may apply if the pick-up location is far from the Old City.
- This program is subject to change without notice due to weather and tide conditions.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave on time.

- You can cancel in advance at least 7 days before the travel date according to the processing period: 100% refund will be given.
- Reservation can be canceled at least 4 to 6 days before the travel date according to processing time: 50% refund will be received.
- If canceled in advance at least 3 days before the travel date according to the processing period or do not show up at the service point: will not receive a refund in any case.
- Please show evidence supporting the cancellation and notify the staff in writing within 15 days after the date of service.

How to use the voucher
- Once the New Elephant Home tour package has been booked. You will receive a voucher via E-mail, Line ID, WhatsApp, or Messenger, which can be shown at the reception and registration counter. The voucher must be submitted along with the ID card or passport with a picture of the cardholder's face.
- You can print your voucher or show your mobile voucher to the attraction staff.
